Warlocks should have their curse to apply. Pick someone with some discretion about CoR. No harm in being cautious with it at first until you're more comfortable with how raid is dealing with it (i.e. keeping the tanks up). I'll try to find the lock discussion thread on the matter but as I recall outside of clearing it from Mag and Gole when they enrage (and perhaps skipping Destroyers at first to make sure we have it down)...you can use it liberally in MC.
And Zagra...it is broke. 5 hours is waaaay too long for an instance that is on farm status. Hell 4 is too long. We need to get it down to 3.5 at least. Shorter run removes need for lots of AFKs (can even have organized 5 min break after shazz is down if we're rolling).
Plan for MC

Malish,
I dont think we need some new setup for lava packs. People know the fight. They just need to be ready and pay attention. Tanks jump on the fire elementals, locks banish the rocks. After one fire is down, MT#1 picks a rock elemental to tank, locks stop banishing that one and MT pulls it out of group while second fire guy goes down. At that point we kill MT#1's target while MT#2 picks up the other rock and builds up some aggro. Constant killing, no sitting around waiting for banishes to clear or threat to build up.
edit: Dread, idea so people can easily see what a MT's target is on trash (boss mobs we already have routines). Lets say MT#1 is you. MT #2 is Ony. We Assign you the red X icon to mark your target and Ony the Diamond (its not pink to match his shirt but close as we can get).
You both need a macro to execute: /script SetRaidTarget("target", Icon#) where you replace Icon# with the Icon you've been assigned. Think X is 7
That way every time you switch targets people immediately know "dread's hitting that...back off"

The point of my strategy is to keep the rock guys from stunning the raid. I've done it as a hunter and it works well as long as the healers top off the hunters after they get hit and the warlocks stay on the ball. Do we "need" to do it? No. But if we are trying to speed things up, I don't see why we wouldn't try it.
It's basically the same strategy you just have the hunters distract the rock elementals and keep them faced away from the raid. It's not like you have to completely change what you are doing.
