New Cat form changes announced for 1.12

I was hoping that maybe we would get a buff along with the rogues for cat form. Turns out Ferocious Bite and Rip will now be scaling according to our attack power. Can't wait to see what kind of damage rip is gonna do now.

The tooltip does not update with your attack power though
