How valuable is +healing?

Too much to read and I'm lazy... So:
+healing is great!
The big reason you'd want a lot of +heal isn't so you can wait longer between heals since you'd more than likely have to cast another one within 5 seconds (when your +spi and full in-combat regen kicks in) so that doesn't really help. It's so you can cast lower level heals but still heal for just as much as with a higher rank. You can drop a couple ranks from rank 7 and get a much more mana efficient cast. There's no reason to cast a flash heal for 2k when you can cast a 1000-1200 heal for half the mana. It prevents from overhealing as well. Since flash heal is such a fast heal you can spam it and still keep ahead of the damage.
Lots of mp5 and +heal is great for those long fights like ebonroc, nef and twin emps.
