Since my hunter is nearing level 60 and attuned for MC I'm going to start the FR gear grind soon. My plan is get the normal FR gear that I can find in the instances, then supplement that with Black Dragonscale in the slots where I can't easily obtain other gear. The problem with Black Dragonscale is that it requires insane amounts of Black Dragonscales (duh). The rest of the materials are easily farmed, but the scales only drop in UBRS, Burning Steppes, and BWL. My plan is to grind my last few levels in the Burning Steppes on the dragons there, and skin them for the scales as I go. However I won't be able to solo many of them, so I'll most likely need at least 1 other person.

Basically if you have another character you want to grind with in that level range, or you need the scales yourself, feel free to tag along. I plan on getting enough to make my gear, and then hordeing the rest in a bank character for the rest of the mail wearers in the guild.

I've already told Ony that the Chestplate is the only one worth getting other than the boots, which won't be happening either for a bit of time.

I've pointed him to the flamescarred leather shoulders outta DM east, he's got the searingscale leggins already, and the other stuff is pretty universal, ie: incendius bracers, wildfire cape, rings, trinkets and such.

I'm sitting at a healthy 192 unbuffed FR, andone else who's curious on the gear can check out my CT profile under my sig, if you haven't seen it before, there's a dropdown menu at the bottom that shows my FR and NR gear.

I plan to get Wildfire cape (it's 20 FR now, saweeet) and buy an FR ring from the AH. Then I'll just get black DS Breastplate, and flamescarred shoulders from dm west.
Searingscale leggaurds will be tough to get...very tough unless I got a rogue buddy to help me.
